Bismillah...
Things are kind of stagnant right now, because we are going back instead of forward. Went back to S to take another look and scout the area. It was a bit rough around the edges (literally). There was a silence in the car when we drove past the rough parts, lol. When we went into the core of our area, it was nice. Met the owner, she showed us around, and showed me a daycare which is right next door to the house.
We still love it...and are thinking about making an offer on S or B.
