Bismillah...
So, I was telling someone at work who isn't sure if she should buy or rent about Deborah. If you remember I wrote about going to the Bank and not really having any direction about who to turn to and then Kyle our mortgage specialist introduced us to Deborah, and that was it.
I am so glad that we went with her and her husband Peter, because they really went the extra mile. Every piece of information, big and small was explained in details. And, if you know me, you know that I ask a lot of questions, so I was happy about that.
She's also really experienced and knowledgeable about the areas, which made a huge difference to us, since we didn't know Calgary at all. On the other hand, she never swayed us which ever way, so we did it by ourselves.
I still remember going out with her the first day to look at houses in a snow storm - weird, lol. When baba had decided that we should buy the property in B, I wasn't keen on it, and she knew. Her words of wisdom? You will know when you find the right house...that's what she said, and that's how it all worked out.
