House # 21- the final house is actually the house next door.
The price is 30K less than what our house is and we just couldn't figure out why, and in the photos it looks just as beautiful.
When we went in we found out that the bank had actually taken it away, and while the design of the place is really great (just like ours), there needs to be a lot of work - say about 30 thousand dollars worth, so it wasn't even a thought.
