We saw a lot of places today.
We went to:
Lake Minapore
Canyon Meadows
Bridlewood
&
Shawnessy
All the houses are in the SW, and they are really nice. I didn't like Bridlewood that much because it wasn't as close to what we needed, but the houses were nice and "probably" worth the price.
One house didn't have a semi-finished basement- I can't go for that. Baba's mad at me...
We went to Minapore, which is a Lake community- it was heavenly. I would love to live on the lake. D and K lived in Lake Minapore and they speak highly of it- I can see why. The house itself was nice, but overpriced, considering that everything is pretty old…would need a lot of fixing up.
The house in Canyon Meadows was huge, but quite old. We are not really a fixer upper couple, but whoever buys it will have a lot of space and will be close to amenities.
Shawnessy is also a very nice area and the houses look really great. I didn't have a problem with this house but no...we couldn't actually get inside the house after D made few attempts to contact the realtor. This one shows well on paper and is supposed to have a hot tub, lol. Maybe we will go back and I can give an honest account of what it's really like.
