Bismillah...
As we were having a second look (my 3rd) of B2 guess what…the people from B called and are offering the house for
even less than what was our maximum. D was in another room, and we were wondering who she was talking to. She came upstairs to where we were and told us the news. Baba and I looked at each other, and said no way! Baba was blown away by B2 the first time he saw it, and we can't believe that we both agree on it...there was no argument there.
D's market analysis says this house is worth what they are asking…awww. That’s
great but bad for us. N, the guy who owns it did small wonders with it, so I can’t blame him for
wanting more money.
